For body, hair, and face, the Biossance 100% Squalane Oil is a dense oil meant to be delicately patted into the skin for intense added moisture. For my face, I found this oil to not be particularly effective – and for the rest of my body’s skin, it worked alright, though my elbows and knees still needed some additional lotion.

Eh. This was alright. I won’t be repurchasing, since I’d rather buy Cerave body lotion – which is cheaper and more moisturizing for my skin – than this $32 Biossance bottle. Even if you’re looking for squalane for your face alone, it may be best to try out the Naturium version first, see if you like it, and if so, take the plunge with the larger Biossance one.
